		Quality service that exceeds our clients’ expectations Guardian Manufacturing Solutions is a fully integrated electronic manufacturing organization committed to quality, reliability, on time delivery, competitive pricing and customer service. Our wide range of services include surface mount and through-hole population of printed circuit boards, mechanical assembly, parts procurement, testing and final assembly. Located in Calgary, Alberta, Guardian’s new 22,000 sq. ft. facility has over 12,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with room to grow. Our production floor was designed to optimize efficiency and reduce board handling by implementing true continuous flow lines, resulting in higher quality output and lower costs. We have extensive experience working closely with our customers from prototype stages through ongoing production. We can provide manufacturing services so your product can be shipped directly to your customer. ISO 9001: 2000 Certified, our quality system signifies soundness and compliance to international QA standards. As a member of a LEAN Manufacturing consortium we are committed to effective and efficient manufacturing practices. Furthermore, our in-house quality programs are endorsed by outside contractors, vendors and clients. Guardian is also an authorized UL production facility. All in-coming and out-going products are fully inspected and control tested. Our manufacturing facility follows stringent industry norms including the IPC-CA-610 Class II or III “Acceptability of Electrical Assemblies”, and IPC-A-620, requirements and acceptance for cable and wire harness assemblies standards



		Quality Service You can be assured, As all our customers are Our three automated surface mount lines include screen printers, SMT placement machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, x-ray inspection and pcba rework. Surface mount lines are fine tuned for fast circuit board assembly with accuracies down to 37.5 microns at 3 SIGMA. We are able to place SMT components ranging in size from `0201´, BGA, uBGA, CSP and large IC’s with 0.010” pitch leads – these components can be tape and reel, tubes or trays. Guardian’s use of optical centering pick and place equipment provides non-destructive alignment and detects pick-up errors while in motion at speeds up to 20,000 components per hour. This equipment allows us to offer lead free capabilities. Using modern manufacturing equipment, Guardian has the capability to populate both single and double sided circuit boards. Through-hole assembly, wave soldering/manual soldering, wire harness assembly, functional testing, mechanical assembly, conformal coating and encapsulation are just some of Guardian’s other production services.
